Breath, breathing, breathe. The most involuntary act of living, yet also: the most critical of intentions, of focus, of being. From the Proto-Indo-European speis, spirit—the animation of the soul—has entirely to do with breathing, with the recurrent flow of inside, outside, and in again, a cycle of expansion and evacuation of our inner being and bodies.

Supper Club 57 will be hosted by Spirit Tea, beloved Chicago Tea importer dedicated to preserving the integrity of tea from cultivation to preparation, infusion, and experience. The menu will take in-spiration from the brand's catalogue of teas, using the teas to drive the dishes from palate and plating.

  • Menu to be announced Friday March 6th. Keep your eyes peeled!

  • We will do our best to accommodate all necessary dietary restrictions, but please no ‘preferences’.

  • We do understand that life happens! If something comes up and you are not able to attend after purchase, we will happily transfer tix to another event. For circumstances that require cancellations: with in 3 days of the scheduled event, unfortunately we are unable to offer any refunds or transfers as perishable goods have been purchased.

Early bird ticket pricing, $95, will last until Friday, February 6th. After this date, tickets will be $110.
