When notified of the need to produce an allergen-free product or dish, TXA TXA Club will attempt to take every precaution to not cross contaminate. Although we (TXA TXA Club) take food allergies extremely seriously, our foods are prepared and cooked in an environment that is not allergen-free, and cross-contamination may occur. We cannot fully guarantee that traces of allergens are not present during the preparation of the products you are served. This may include, but is not limited to, nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy, shellfish, etc. As such, TXA TXA Club cannot accept responsibility for any injury (including death) or other loss suffered or caused by the products provided by TXA TXA Club. By attending any dinner or event by TXA TXA Club, you (and your guest/s) are doing so entirely at your own risk and will not hold TXA TXA Club responsible.

Furthermore, as an attendee of this event, I hereby acknowledge that TXA TXA Club and property owner(s) are not responsible for any occurrence while attending this event including but not limited to any and all bodily injury, personal and advertising injury, and personal property damage, and I (and by extension, my guests) waive, release, and discharge TXA TXA Club from any and all liability.
